On Saturday, the Annawan-Wethersfield Titans softball traveled to Galva to face the Wildcats in a doubleheader.

The Wildcats put themselves on the board first, with a single by Jovie Weber, which scored one run.

In the top of the fifth, the Titans regained the lead at 2-1 with help from singles by Karsyn Rico and Elynn Manuel.

As the sixth inning concluded, the Wildcats brought themselves back into the lead when Kaylyn Gale homered to right field, and another runner scored. The Wildcats committed an error, which helped the Titans tie the game at three in the top of the seventh.

At the last second, the Wildcats pulled the win, ending the game in their favor at a 4-3 score.
