Dakota L. Eilts, 29, Kewanee, was arrested in the 400 block of East Third Street for failure to register as a sex offender. He was given a notice to appear.
Jeffrey B. Giese, 49, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine more than 15 grams but less than 100 grams, intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and intent to deliver a controlled substance following a request for an ambulance assist in the 200 block of South Elm Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
An animal was impounded in the 800 block of West Fifth Street.
Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 600 block of Elliott Street.
