The Annawan-Wethersfield boys golf team placed third Tuesday in a triangular match at Oak View Country Club in Aledo.
A-W had a team total of 197 strokes. Host Mercer County and Galesburg tied for the title with 163.
Daylon Hendrix was the Titans’ low scorer with 42. Others scoring were Seth Moore 47, Caleb McGill 49 and Ellis Kraft 59.
Galesburg’s John Crowl was the match’s medalist with a 36.
Annawan-Wethersfield’s junior varsity team also placed third with a score of 272. Individual scores were Cooper Jahns 67, Rodney Williams and Matthew Ponce 68 and Jackson Nanninga 69.
