This weekend has some really great opportunities to have a good time and at the same time help out a good cause. Friday evening will be the last of the Visitation Fish Frys for the season, giving you one more chance for a great fish dinner.

The popular Kewanee Rotary 15th Annual Quarter Madness will return this Friday evening at the Kewanee Elks Club starting at 6:30 p.m. This year promises some really great prizes and all proceeds will benefit Kewanee Rotary community projects and the Prairie Chicken Arts Festival.

In the mood to laugh? Then Saturday has got you covered-whether it’s at your own expense from your lack of trivia-based knowledge or by enjoying the professional comedians at the K-town Comedy Night. Both events promise a good time while helping out a good cause.

The Wethersfield Trivia Night is held at Wethersfield High School from 5-8 p.m. The K-Town Comedy Night is at the Flemish American Club located at 313 Burr Blvd in Kewanee. Tickets are still available and you can purchase them at the door with the dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. and the show beginning at 7:30 p.m.
