On Sunday, Nov. 12, the I Heart Cookies Co. food truck made a stop in Kewanee and opened their window in the Farm King parking lot.

The I Heart Cookies Co. traveling food truck, famous for their deep-dish cookie menu, made a stop in town with a special appearance by their mascot, “Bumblebee” from the popular “Transformers” series.

The company was started after the pandemic in 2021, and in 2022, the business was voted the number one food truck in America.

“Our cookie trucks and trailers are exclusively mobile and travel to a new location each day, typically five days a week all over the country.” said Rachel Marlow, a founder of I Heart Cookies Co.

Along with the “Transformers” mascots, they also have life-size animatronic dinosaurs that are currently traveling through Kansas. Marlow explained that they are always growing and expanding.

To Marlow, the most fulfilling part of I Heart Cookies Co. is “being able to bring our deep-dish cookies and one-of-a-kind experience to our customers in so many cities.”
