Neponset’s seventh grade boys basketball team won the Bureau Valley Conference 2023 Conference Championship with a 13 -1 conference record.
Members of Coach John Blake’s team include Lucas Blades, Easton Blake, Xavier Arjon, Jase Blake, Warren Mott, Bryson Williams, Nolan Aldrich, Levi Hoopes and Gabe Thumma.
The Bobcats were led in scoring and steals by Easton Blake (280 points) and Xavier Arjon (217 points).
Rebound leaders included Nolan Aldrich, Bryson Williams and Gabe Thumma.
