The Wethersfield girls basketball team recently held their end of the season awards banquet.
Senior players earning four-year awards were: Cora Hodge, Elle Eastman, Paige Huffman and Kennady Anderson.
Players earning Academic All-Conference were: Kennady Anderson, Cora Hodge, Elle Eastman, Paige Huffman, Kendall Vincent, Emersyn Nelson, Megan Oliver, Lana Scott, Ashley Oliver and Camryn Anderson.
Players receiving other special award recognition were: Lajaya Angel (Highest Free Throw Percentage); Emersyn Nelson (Hustle Award); Paige Huffman (Most 3-Pointers Made – 77); Kennady Anderson (MVP, School Record for Most Steals in a Season, 6th Highest Scorer in School History); Lana Scott (JV MVP, Highest 3-Point Percentage); Emilia Escareno (Sisterhood Award).
