The Kewanee boys track team placed second at the Rock Falls Indoor Track Invitational Monday at the Westwood Fitness and Sports Center in Sterling.

Dontaveon Thomas had two first place finishes and two second place efforts. He won the high jump and long jump and had runner-up finishes in the triple jump and 4×200 relay.
Leo Gandarilla took first place the shot put and Daniel Boswell placed third.
Tre Amos had three second place efforts and one third place finish. Amos tied for second in the 60m dash, was second in the 200m dash and he ran a leg in the runner-up 4×200 relay. Amos also tied for third in the long jump.
Tyson Currie placed second in the pole vault and Prestin Stabler recorded a second place finish in the 400m dash. Stabler also ran a leg of the third place 4×400 relay.
Members of the second place 4x200m relay are Tre Amos, Christian Cazares, Davontae Jordan and Dontaveon Thomas.
Members of the third place 4x400m relay are Prestin Stabler, Michael Bermudez, Davontae Jordan and James Roginski. Roginski also placed third in the high jump.
