Colson Welgat signs to play baseball at Spoon River

Kewanee High School senior Colson Welgat has signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Spoon River College in Canton.
Welgat has been in the KHS baseball program for four years and has been a varsity starter since his sophomore year.
He was selected for the last two years to the Three Rivers Conference all-conference baseball first team as an infielder.
