Boilers fall, but Cazares nears career record

Cristian Cazares moved to within one goal of being Kewanee High School’s career scoring leader, but the Boiler soccer team fell to Monmouth Tuesday, 7-2.

Coach Jose Bermudez said Cazares could tie or break the record in today’s game.

James Roginski scored the other goal for the Boilers.

Goalie Dillon Price had 10 saves, and the Boilers had 10 shots during the game.
