Thomas J. Neufcour, 31, Bradford, was arrested on a Tazewell County warrant for failure to appear for possession of meth following an in-state warrant at Prospect and Vine streets. He was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the Henry County Jail. No bond was posted.
Melissa A. McVicker, 34, Kewanee, was arrested for allowing a dog to run at large following a report of an animal at large in the 600 block of East Sixth Street. She was given a notice to appear.
