The Crescent City Tap in Galva, located at 336 Front St., will hold an ugly sweater contest on Friday, Dec. 22 from 7 pm to 9 pm. The theme is “it’s about to get ugly.”
Participants are asked to wear their most outlandish Christmas sweater and patrons will vote on the winner. The contest is just $5 to enter, and part of the proceeds will go to support the local Kiwanis Club. A grand prize will be given to the winner, which will be announced at 10:15 pm.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three ugliest sweaters and holiday food and drink specials will be offered while supplies last.
