The Enchanted Pumpkin Festival, set for Oct. 21, is in need of pumpkin artists willing to carve some spooky or unique creations. The carved pumpkins will be on display at Berrien Park during the festival.
The pumpkins, donated by Frank Pumpkin Farm, are free and can be picked up at Reiman’s Harley-Davidson located at 623 N. Main St. starting on Tuesday, Oct. 17. The pumpkins need to be returned to Berrien Park before 10 am on Saturday, the day of the festival.
This marks the second year for the Enchanted Pumpkin Festival. The event will include vendors, food and drink, live music, games and pony rides for the kids, and a “Trunk or Treat” sponsored by Good’s Furniture.
The festival is being held from 10 am to 5 pm in downtown Kewanee. The funds raised from the event will go towards the construction of an amphitheater.
