
The Titans traveled to Prophetstown Thursday and defeated Erie-Prophetstown 4-2.
Koeyn DeClercq and Dillon Horrie pitched well. DeClerfcq started and went 4 2/3 innings, giving up two earned runs.
Horrie finished the game on the bound, giving up no hits and striking out four while walking one.
Zeb Rashid, Nic Thurston, and Caleb McGill each had two hits. Rashid drove in both of the Titans’ runs.
The game was tied 1-1 after four innings, but two fifth-inning runs put the Titans ahead for good.
The Titans are now 3-0-1.
