Professional quilt appraiser and lecturer, Janette Dwyer, will be on hand at the Toulon Library community room, located at 617 E. Jefferson St., to appraise quilts.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, March 23 from 9-10 a.m., and is sponsored by the Stark County IL Historical Society.
Dwyer will present a talk on “Bargain Quilts and the Quilt Buy of the Century.” A $10 donation to attend is being requested. The cost of a quilt appraisal is $40.
