Crossroads Cultural Connections will present an evening of laughs on Friday, Dec. 15 at the Midland Golf Club.
The fundraising event is billed as a Christmas comedy, sketch show. Written by Tom Akers, “Somewhere South of the North Pole” features musical performances by Lewis Knudsen and The Nice List.
The country club bar and kitchen will be open and the evening’s menu includes sweet, spicy, crispy chicken sandwiches with fries, wings and cheeseburgers or pork burgers with fries.
A social hour will start at 6 pm with the show beginning at 7 pm. A $10 donation to benefit Crossroads Cultural Connections is suggested.
Crossroads is a non-profit organization that serves Henry County and is dedicated to the growth and vitality of the region through the celebration of the arts. It offers the community art opportunities, programming and events.
