OSF Saint Luke announces 2023 scholarship winners

OSF HealthCare Saint Luke Medical Center in Kewanee awarded health career scholarships to five area students. This year a total of $5,000 was awarded. Each student received $1,000 to help with educational expenses.

Ailynn Duarte is a junior at Loyola University pursuing a degree in biology as a pre-med student. She has plans to become a rural health care physician. Ailynn is a Kewanee native and graduate of Kewanee High School.

Kaylynn McNamee is a Mission Partner at OSF Medical Group in Kewanee. She is pursuing an associate degree in nursing through Black Hawk College. Kaylynn lives in Kewanee with her family.

Macey Lippens is a graduate of Wethersfield High School. She is pursuing a degree in psychology at Western Illinois University and hopes to work in a mental health care setting.

Patrick Crowley is a Wyoming native and student at St. Ambrose University. He is pursuing his doctorate in physical therapy and looks forward to working with patients to improve their health and wellness.

Paige Leander is a graduate of Cambridge High School and attends the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as an Interdisciplinary Health Sciences major.
