When one liquor store door closes, another one opens.

The long-time vacant building on Tenney Street, formerly the site of Family Video, will be reopening its doors as Crown Liquor – a one stop shop for alcohol and tobacco products.

New store owner and manager, Vic Singh, has a goal to open the establishment sometime this week. Crown Liquor is owned by the Malka LLC corporation, which owns two other liquor stores in Port Byron and Coal Valley.

In the store, customers can find everything alcohol such as liquor, wine and beer, as well as tobacco and vape related products and even basic convenient store items.

The store will be open every day with hours of operation set from 9 a.m.-10 p.m.
