Wethersfield’s Lady Geese beat Sterling Newman Central Catholic 60-55 Thursday to win the Lanark Eastland Sectional title.
The Lady Geese will play Deer Creek-Mackinaw at 6 p.m. Monday in the super sectional game at Bureau Valley High School.

The winner of that game will advance to the state finals, which begin Thursday in the CEFCU Center in Bloomington.
