Kewanee High School runners competed Saturday in the Gary Coates Invitational at Zearing Park in Princeton.
In the boys race, Hunter Vancil finished 12th in a time of 18:03.58.
Also running for Kewanee were Jason Rusk, who finished 35th in 19:53.40; and Anthony Padilla,, 54th in 22:38.09.
Janndayia Crowe of KHS placed 11th in the girls race with a time of 22:19.27.
Esmerelda Martinez’s time of 25:45.89 put her in 37th place, and Tiffany Helton was 59th in 35:44.20.
