He was given a notice to appear. Juan C. Mejia-Mazariegos, 39, Kewanee, was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license. He was given a notice to appear.
A traffic accident involving a vehicle driven by Thomas C. Neal, 54, Kewanee, that struck a parked vehicle owned by Brian Wear, 44, Kewanee, was reported in the 700 block of Pleasant Street. No injuries were reported. Neal was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid accident. He was given a notice to appear.

Demarcus D. Israel, 20, Kewanee, was issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop at Eighth and Main streets. He was given a notice to appear. Zoey K. Wiley, 18, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for battery.

Perrin Reuter, 26, Kewanee, was arrested for driving with no driver’s license following a traffic stop at Lake and May streets. He was given a notice to appear.
Wyatt J. King, 21, Kewanee, was arrested for violation of an order of protection following a complaint of a violation in the 300 block of Liberty Lane. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
Brenden Holtschult, 20, Kewanee, was issued a citation for speeding (44/30) following a traffic stop at Bronson and Page streets. He was given a notice to appear.
