Police assisted the Henry County Sheriff’s Office at Illinois Highway 78 and County Highway 23 in Annawan.
Danika M. Bond, 37, and Rodney Smith, 32, both of Kewanee, were arrested for aggravated battery following a complaint of a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Tenney Street. They were both given a notice to appear.
Chad M. Petty, 44, Kewanee, was arrested for allowing a dog to run at large following a report of an animal at large in the 1400 block of Lake Street. He was given a notice to appear.

Two 16-year-old males, a 17-year-old male, and Abby M. Weber, 18, Sherrard, were issued citations for squealing tires following a traffic complaint on Red Adams Road. They were given notices to appear.
A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a report of a suspicious person on Western Avenue.
Cody J. Meier, 32, Kewanee, was issued a citation for speeding (47/30) following a traffic stop on Route 78 Sale Barn Road. He was given a notice to appear.
Police assisted a business in the 300 block of West First Street.
An animal at large was reported in the 200 block of East South Street.
A damage-only traffic accident involving a vehicle driven by Ian M. Aiken, 52, Muscatine, Iowa, that struck a vehicle driven by John M. Mathas, 23, Sheffield, was reported at Main and Oak streets. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Quintin A. Perez Goeden, 26, Rock Island, was arrested on a Rock Island County warrant for failure to appear for obstructing identification following a traffic stop at Elm and Oak streets. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
Carl T. Schinkey, 45, Neponset, was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop at Third Street and Burr Boulevard. He was given a notice to appear.
