Officers responded to two reports of loose dogs in the 1100 block of Rose Street.
Paul R. Carlson, 53, of Neponset, was arrested on a Bureau County warrant for failure to appear on charge of domestic battery, and a Stark County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.
