Reyes Caraballo, 58, Kewanee, was arrested in the 400 block of East Third Street for failure to register as a violent offender against youth. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
A damage-only traffic accident involving vehicles operated by two 17-year-old juveniles, both of Kewanee, was reported at Ninth and Kent streets. No injuries were reported. One juvenile was cited for failure to yield right-of-way. They were given a notice to appear.

Shauna M. Oleson, 33, Kewanee, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault following a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 1100 block of West Mill Street. Paris Radcliffe, 42, Kewanee, was arrested for disorderly conduct. They were both given notices to appear.
