Gerstal, 42, Prophetstown, was arrested for possession of adult-use cannabis in a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver following a traffic stop in the 100 block of West McClure Street. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
Patrick B. Toms, 21, Kewanee, was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Tenney Street. He was given a notice to appear.
