An accident involving a vehicle driven by Joseph S. Gordon, 22, Monmouth, and a vehicle driven by Jessica Martinez, 37, Kewanee, was reported in the 2000 block of Kentville Road. Gordon was issued a citation for failure to reduce speed. He was given a notice to appear. No injuries were reported.
