An animal at large was reported in the 200 block of Blish Avenue.

Michael J. Burhans, 42, Kewanee, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop at Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue. He was given a notice to appear.

An accident involving a deer was reported at the Page Street Extension.

Police received a report of a suspicious person in the 900 block of East Third Street.

A damage-only traffic accident was reported at Third and Vine streets. No citations were reported.

An animal at large was impounded in the 800 block of North Elm Street.

An animal at large was impounded from Third Street.

Unlawful use or false report via 9-1-1, was reported in the 600 Block of Hollis Street.

Theft under $500 was reported in the 300 Block of Tenney Street.

A warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 600 block of East Second Street.

Logan W. Troxell, 21, Kewanee, was cited for speeding, 50/30, following a traffic stop at Division and Willard streets. He was given a notice to appear.

An animal/dog at large was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street.

Cesar Zepeda, 26, Kewanee, was cited for illegal burning, open burn violation in the 600 block of Willow Street and issued a notice to appear.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 300 Block of Rainbow Way.

Retail theft, shoplifting was reported in the 700 block of Tenney Street.
