Dylan L. Mack, 23, Kewanee, was cited for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop at Second and Park streets. He was given a notice to appear.

Rachel L. Knott, 36, Kewanee, was cited for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 600 block of North Main Street. Nikole L. Walters, 39, Peoria, was arrested on a Knox County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, failure to give info/render aid, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driver failure to give notice of crash, DUI of alcohol/intoxicating compound/ drug and improper lane usage. Both received notices to appear.
