Wednesday:

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Street South.

Theft was reported in the 800 block of Pleasant Street.

Donald L. Barks, 20, Wyoming, was arrested for DUI, DUI over .08 and illegal transportation of alcohol following a welfare check request in the 600 block of North Main Street. He was issued notices to appear in court.

A domestic disturbance was reported at Central Boulevard and Elm Street.

The police assisted other agencies in the 500 block of East Seventh Street.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 300 block of Tenney Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 300 block of Willard Street.

Police issued a verbal warning following a traffic stop in the 100 block of West McClure Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Third and East streets.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at Edwards and McClure streets.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at East Street South and McClure Street.

Police responded to a report of residential burglary in the 600 block of South Tremont Street.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at Second and Main streets.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Page Street.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Third Street and Lakeview Avenue.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at Fifth and East streets.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at Third and May streets.

A written warning was issued following a traffic stop at Third and Vine streets.

Hayden Holton, 20, Kewanee, was arrested for driving while license is suspended following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Cambridge Road. He was given a notice to appear in court.

Aaron Huffman, 33, Neponset, was issued a citation for speeding (40/30) following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East McClure Street.

Police assisted the Henry County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop at Sixth and Tremont streets.

Thursday:

Police responded to a request to check a business in the 300 block of West Second Street.

Police checked a business in the 300 block of Tenney Street.

Police checked a residence in the 600 block of South Tremont Street.

Daniel Estrella Quinonez, 21, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal damage to property after police responded to a report of an intoxicated person in the 600 block of Beach Street. He was given a notice to appear in court.

Agustin Cerda, 23, Kewanee, was arrested for aggravated battery following a complaint of a disturbance, fights, riots, brawls, in the 600 block of Beach Street. He was given a notice to appear in court.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Sixth and Rice streets.

An accident involving vehicles driven by William H. Green, 27, Kewanee, and Monica A. Lambert, 23, Kewanee, was reported at Third Street and Lakeview Avenue. No injuries or citations were reported.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of East Seventh Street.

Police responded to a disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace complaint in the 400 block of South Elm Street.

A suspicious vehicle was reported on Fischer Avenue.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of North Walnut Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to real property in the 1100 block of Pine Street.

Scams were reported in the 100 block of Fairview Junction.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop at Second Street and Stanton Court.

Beth A. Shappard, 23, Kewanee, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Garfield Street. She was issued a notice to appear.

Police issued a written warning following a traffic stop in the 200 block of North East Street.

Police were called on a welfare check to the 900 block of North Walnut Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of North East Street.
