Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 700 block of Tenney Street.
Joseph Woods, 49, Kewanee, was arrested for contributing to delinquency of a minor following a complaint in the 400 block of East Third Street. He was issued a notice to appear.
