On Thursday, June 26, the Bureau County Genealogical Society will host Michael John Neill who will present a program on “Facebook for Genealogists.”
Facebook is more than political posts, food pictures and cat videos. Neill will describe ways to harvest Facebook for potential family clues and network with family members, get help with research problems, get assistance with foreign script and access the “hive mind” to network with others who may be able to assist you with your research.
This in-person presentation will be held at the Bureau County Genealogical Society located at 629 S. Main St. in Princeton at 7 p.m. and the public is invited to attend.
