
The Kewanee Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations from the community for its 2024 Citizen of the Year.
Nominees for the award must be residents or former residents of Kewanee, and their areas of service should be well known to the community.
That service can be in the fields of education, charitable organization, business, government, chamber of commerce, senior citizens, youth, disabled, environmental, economic development, community relations or heroic acts.
Service can have been demonstrated by solving a significant problem, longevity of service to the community, helping others, improving understanding of community concerns or exceptional efforts in community service.
