Abilities Plus Preschool for All Program is offering preschool screenings for students ages 3-5 for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
The screenings will be conducted on March 25 at 1100 N. East Street. Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling 309-852-4626. Spanish translation is available.
The preschool program, made possible through an ISBE grant, was announced last June, and is not exclusive to only children with disabilities. The program, with both morning and afternoon sessions is also open to all children who fit the age requirement. However, they do accept children with disabilities into the program.
A certified birth certificate, child’s latest physical and immunization records along with income verification will be needed at the screening.
