The Neponset Park Improvement Golf Outing Committee met this week to finalize plans for the Saturday, Sept. 20 golf outing and fundraiser, which will be held at Hidden Lake Golf Club in Sheffield.
The event begins at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start and a preferred ball format. The cost is $250 per team. For more information, or to register your four-person team in advance, contact Dave Mueller at 309-312-0431, Al Corwin at 815-303-0200, or Mandy Donovan at 309-502-9050.
Participants may also register the morning of the tournament. Fees include golf, cart, lunch, four mulligans and two drive-extending throws. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and several hole prizes.
Proceeds will help with improvements to Scott Park in Neponset.
