The Henry and Stark County Health Departments and First Choice Healthcare will conduct a health services and outreach display at the Kewanee Pride Fest Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. at Northeast Park, Kewanee.
Health department staff will be offering Pride Fest participants and attendees first aid services; rapid HIV and hepatitis C testing; health promotion and education; and giveaways and goodies.
“This is going to be a great event as there will be something for everyone interested in getting some great information, taking advantage of free giveaways, promotions, maybe some health screenings, and just partaking in a pleasant time visiting and talking with our health department staff,” said RaeAnn Tucker, the health department’s director of health promotion.
