2023 Mental Health Conference meets at BHE

The Henry County Mental Health Alliance 2023 Mental Health Conference-Protecting Hope took place on May 24 at Black Hawk College East Campus in Galva.

Beth Looney, with OSF Saint Luke Medical Center and president of the Henry County Mental Health Alliance, welcomed participants to the conference and introduced the keynote speaker, Jessica Schultz, Ph.D. Schultz delivered her program, “Cultivating hope while working for change.”

Mental health issues, such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders were discussed at the conference, as well as self-help, neurofeedback, pediatric autism and much more.
