Winners of the Kewanee Park District’s annual photo contest were announced at last week’s Kewanee Park Board meeting.
The winners were:
“Morning Stroll,” taken in Windmont Park by Remi Satkauskas
“Screech Owl,” taken along the Baker Park Pleasure Drive by Mary Ince
“In the Zone,” a photo taken by Cheri Long of youth baseball player Waver Lucas Blades winding up for a pitch during a game at Northeast Park
“Fallen Leaves of Autumn,” taken by Amy Belsky along the Pleasure Drive in Baker Park.
Andrew Dwyer, executive director of the Kewanee Park District, said about 20 entries were received.
The contest featured photos taken in district parks.
