Kewaneeans now have a new way to receive their water bills: by email.
The city posted to social media this week that residents can “Forget snail mail and receive your water bill in a flash.
“Forget about waiting for the post office to deliver your bill (or not),” the city’s posting said. “Now you can get it the day it is ready.”

You’ll see a form that lets customers choose whether to receive water bills by email only or by email and mail both.
Residents who sign up for the email bills will be entered in a drawing for a chance to receive a $100 credit on their water bill.
