A traffic accident involving a vehicle operated by Aisha M. Uzzardo-Butler, 28, Kewanee, that struck a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Ean Holdings LLC, was reported in the 100 block of South Tremont Street. Uzzardo-Butler was cited for failure to report an accident to the police, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no valid driver’s license, no reciprocity registration and illegal backing. She was given a notice to appear.
