David W. Phillips, 40, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of forgery after a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of West Oak Street. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.
A report of a large animal (wildlife, not livestock) at large was made in the 300 block of Tenney Street.

Nicholas S. Smith, 24, Kewanee, was arrested in the 200 block of South Boss Street on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine. He was taken to Henry County Jail.
