A disturbance- fights, riots, brawls- was reported in the 100 block of Fairview Junction.

David W. Phillips, 40, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and a Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of forgery after a report of a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of West Oak Street. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.

A report of a large animal (wildlife, not livestock) at large was made in the 300 block of Tenney Street.

Non-criminal property damage was reported in the 600 block of Cole Street.

Police received a request to remove an unwanted subject in the 100 block of South Main Street.

Nicholas S. Smith, 24, Kewanee, was arrested in the 200 block of South Boss Street on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine. He was taken to Henry County Jail.

A civil disturbance was reported in the 700 block of East Eighth Street.

Police were called to the 100 block of McKinley Avenue on a complaint of illegal burning.
