Shinkey, 20, Sheffield, was arrested for aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated reckless discharge of a firearm, unlawful possession of a weapon and ammo, and criminal trespass to railroad property following a report of a disturbance, fights-riots-brawls in the 500 block of East Seventh Street.
