The Kewanee volleyball team traveled to Taylor Ridge for their final match of the regular season. Rockridge prevailed 25-16, 28-26.
The Boiler Girls lost the sophomore match as well 15-25, 27-25, 7-15, but the freshmen team won 21-25, 25-15, 15-8.
Kewanee is the No. 9 seed in the Class 2A Chillicothe (IVC) Regional. They’ll play Hall (10) in the quarterfinals Monday at 6 p.m. The winner will play IVC (2) in a semifinal match Tuesday at 6 p.m.
