The star of Netflix’s original series, “Last Chance U” will give a community presentation at the Kewanee High School Petersen Auditorium on Aug. 24 from 6 to 7 pm.
Wagner, a fan favorite on the show, will speak about overcoming obstacles and becoming your best. According to Wagner’s website, “Next Chance You” is a motivational guide to personal success that delivers practical strategies to not only help overcome obstacles, but also develop a growth mindset. Wagner will share personal stories and lessons learned from her own life and those she has counseled with “the same tough love and no-nonsense attitude” that made her popular on the Netflix series.
The event is open to the public.
