A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 800 block of East Third Street.

Blanca E. Tirado, 40, Kewanee, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was issued a notice to appear.

Criminal trespass to a state-supported-land was reported in the 300 block of Rainbow Way.

The police were called to remove an unwanted subject from the 800 block of East Third Street.

A request was made to remove an unwanted subject from the 400 block of East Third Street.

Illegal dumping was reported in the 1000 block of North Grace Avenue.

A disturbance, neighborhood trouble, was reported in the 800 block of West Second Street.

Criminal damage to property was reported in the 400 block of West First Street.

An animal was impounded from the 400 block of East Third Street.

A dog was reported running at large at Chestnut and Division streets.

Todd R. Langlois, 43, Kewanee, was arrested on a Stark County warrant for failure to appear on charges of driving on a revoked license after a report of a disturbance in the 600 block of Cole Street. He posted bond and was released with a notice to appear.

A report was made of disorderly conduct/telephone threat in the 200 block of Community Square.

Ryan M. Thurston, 31, Kewanee, was issued a citation for operating with a suspended registration following a traffic stop at East Street South and McClure streets. He was given a notice to appear.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of South Maple Avenue.

A report of a disturbance-fights-riots-brawls was made in the 200 block of Lakeview Avenue.
