The Rotary Club of Kewanee and Kewanee Park District announced the rescheduling of the “Rotary Day at the Pool,” which will take place Thursday, August 3 from 12pm-6pm.
Admission to the pool will be free for the entire day and is funded by the Rotary Club of Kewanee. With the limited number of days left in the season, a spokesperson for the Rotary Club said they appreciate the partnership with the Kewanee Park District and the rescheduling the event for the community. The Oasis at Northeast Park has a maximum capacity is 300 people, and the pool staff will manage capacity throughout the day.
Rotary Day at the Pool is scheduled for the last Saturday in July each year. The club is also starting planning on the 2024 Quarter Madness that will take place in March of 2024 in partnership with the Prairie Chicken Festival. For more information, follow the Rotary Club of Kewanee on Facebook.
