Seminar to feature Global Commodity Analytics founder Mike Zuzolo

By The Kewanee Voice    August 27, 2026

Mike Zuzolo, president and founder of Global Commodity Analytics and Consulting LLC, will be the featured speaker on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 6:15 p.m. at Lavender Crest Winery, 5401 U.S. Highway 6, Colona. Dinner will be served, followed by the local grain market update from Tom Parchert of River Valley Cooperative. Reservations are required and must be made by Sept. 3 to guarantee your attendance.

Having been an NFA-registered. Commodities Rep. since 1995, Zuzolo’s independent analysis has become well-known in the commodity industry. His research spotlights the commodity sector as having both characteristics of an asset as well as a commodity with supply-and-demand fundamentals. This helps him develop a commodity analysis that strives to bridge the macro and micro divide of agriculture commodities, which are influenced both by investment flows as well as global supply-and-demand factors. This research helps guide his hedge recommendations with his clients and subscribers and in late 2025 it has also allowed Zuzolo to develop an investment-related strategy involving micro-energy and financial futures.

Zuzolo appears every Tuesday morning on RFD-TV, to share his analysis and commentary. He is also a regular guest on Agriculture of America with Jesse Allen and Susan Littlefield, as well as AgDay TV and This Week in Agribusiness. Zuzolo has been the long-time Friday market analyst with Todd Gleason for WILL-Media and the University of Illinois. He can also frequently be heard on RRFN, KBUF, and WLDS. In addition, he is the midday market commentator on the Rural Radio Network; he also works with many Ag Radio stations across the country. His comments are also seen in foreign media, including AFP and Japan News Service, along with most of the domestic newswires.

In 2024, Global Commodity Analytics and Consulting LLC celebrated its 15-year anniversary. Zuzolo has resided in northeast Kansas since 2012 with his wife and five children. He is a 1989 graduate of Miami University of Ohio, with a political science degree, as well as minors in history and American studies.
