The Geneseo Moose Lodge #990 will host its annual Geneseo Moose Carnival from Thursday, Aug. 6 through Saturday, Aug. 8, bringing three days of rides, games and traditional fair foods to Geneseo.
The event is part of a broader initiative by the Geneseo Moose Lodge to increase public programming and host accessible, family‑friendly events for residents of Geneseo and neighboring communities.
“The Geneseo Moose Lodge has been focused on creating more opportunities for local families to come together,” said Deb Wheeler, president of Geneseo Moose Lodge #990. “Bringing the carnival back to the lodge gives people of all ages a chance to enjoy a classic summertime tradition right here in Henry County before the school year starts.”
Peoria‑based carnival operator C.D.A.C., Inc. will supply and manage the carnival midway, which features amusement rides, interactive games and fair vendors serving popcorn, candy and other fan‑favorite concessions.
Hours of operation include the following dates and times:
The event will take place on the grounds of the Geneseo Moose Lodge #990, 1025 S. State Street.
