
Kewanee residents came out for several celebrations honoring the Fourth of July on Tuesday. The Francis Park Celebration included a car show, with over 150 cars and vehicles, a tractor show, a flea and craft market and food vendors.
At Northeast Park, the festivities kicked off with the Presentation of Colors by the Kewanee Veterans Council, followed by music from the band, Momentz Notice. The fireworks display was presented by Petersen Health Care and finished off the day.





Food vendors offered up options to the Francis Park crowd.


At Francis Park, the Fred Francis’ home, the Woodland Palace was open for self-guided tours.


At Northeast Park, the Kewanee Veterans Council presented the colors, and the band, Momentz Notice, played from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
