Friday:

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to vehicle in the 500 block of East Mill Street.

Police assisted a school in the 600 block of South Main Street.

An animal at large was reported at Floral and Lake streets. It was taken to the impound.

Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1800 block of Lake Street.

A vehicle operated by Carol B. Gerrond, 93, Neponset, struck a residence in the 800 block of Sunset Drive. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued.

Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Police assisted a school in the 1400 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report of a hit-and-run accident in the 600 block of North Main Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Michael C. Austin, 42, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal damage to state-supported-property following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Community Square. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police assisted a citizen in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Police responded to a complaint of a loud noise in the 100 block of South Main Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Tenney Street.

Sara J. Mooney, 36, Kewanee, and a 17-year-old female, were both arrested for battery following a report of battery in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace. Mooney was issued a notice to appear and the juvenile was issued a juvenile referral.

Police assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Maple Avenue.

Police responded to a request to remove an unwanted subject in the 400 block of East Third Street.

Yair Lopez Sanchez, 39, Indianapolis, Ind., was issued citations for no valid driver’s license and disobeying a traffic control device following a traffic stop in the 300 block of South Main Street. Sanchez was given a notice to appear.

Saturday:

Police responded to a complaint of a suspicious noise in the 100 block of Lakeland Terrace.

Police assisted a citizen in the 700 block of North Walnut Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 200 block of East College Street.

Police assisted a citizen in the 300 block of Helmer Street.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, disturbing another’s peace in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

A traffic accident involving vehicles operated by Cheryl L. Johnson, 67, Kewanee, and Mike B. Rogula, 57, Kewanee, was reported at Church and Tenney streets. Johnson was cited for improper lane usage. She was given a notice to appear.

Police responded to a report of battery on the 700 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a complaint of a dog bite in the 700 block of East Second Street.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Prairie Avenue.

Police responded to a request to remove an unwanted subject in the 300 block of Freedom Lane.

Police responded to a report of criminal trespass to real property in the 100 block of North East Street.

Sunday:

Caleb M. Swearingen, 23, Kewanee, was arrested for domestic battery following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of East Fifth Avenue. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.

Police responded to a complaint of a loud noise in the 300 block of Freedom Lane.

Police responded to a report of retail theft in the 200 block of North East Street.

Police responded to a complaint of a loud noise in the 300 block of Freedom Lane.

A 16-year-old female juvenile, Kewanee, was arrested for criminal damage to property following a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of West Mill Street. She was given a juvenile referral.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Lake Street.

Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block of East Second Street.

Police assisted a citizen in the 800 block of Pleasant Street.

Police responded to a complaint of disorderly conduct, telephone harassment in the 800 block of Lake Street.

An animal at large was reported in the 600 block of South Main Street.

Police assisted the Henry County Sheriff’s Office at Burlington Avenue and Page Street.

Police responded to a request to remove an unwanted subject in the 600 block of Tenney Street.

Police responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 200 block of Maple Avenue.

Deja J. Spencer, 22, Kewanee, was arrested for operating a vehicle while using wireless telephone and DUI following an ambulance emergency at Division and Elliott streets. She was given a notice to appear.
